San Diego, California, February 11, 2020—IKIN, the leading provider of visual technology solutions for service providers, enterprise and consumers, announced that Joe Ward, its chief executive officer, will speak at ITEXPO, the leading industry event for communications and technology solutions. The conference takes place February 11 through 14, 2020, at the Broward County Convention Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

In the session, “Where’s the Revenue in 5G and Will 6G Matter?,” scheduled for February 13 at 2 p.m., Ward will discuss marquee applications and highlight how new capabilities such as the real-time delivery of holographic images on mobile devices can provide excellent monetization vehicles that will enable providers to differentiate their offerings and attract consumer interest.

He will also provide insights into how holographic communications can add new dimensions to customer-on- the-go and field service engagements in the session, “New Communications Tools to Impress Your Customer.” This panel is set for 10 a.m. February 14.

“There is a tremendous amount of potential in communications, gaming, and business interactions that can be fulfilled through the inclusion of holographic content,” said Ward. “We see 5G as a great enabler for delivering interactive holographic capabilities, and we’re eager to share our vision and describe the compelling business cases at the conference.”

IKIN’s RYZ product line delivers volumetric rendering and display to mobile devices. With a strong set of open Software Development Kits (SDK) and Application Programming Interfaces (API), the RYZ framework empowers app developers to incorporate holographic elements and features into games, business applications and communications services. The RYZ accessory gives users touch control of holographic elements with full integration between the volumetric display and the standard phone screen.
