Company will highlight 5G and IoT opportunities enabled through its RYZ™ mobile, ambient-light holographic capabilities
San Diego, California, June 8, 2021—IKIN™, a leading provider of visual technology solutions for businesses and consumers, will provide the first public display of its RYZ holographic platform at ITEXPO, taking place June 22-25, 2021, at the Miami Beach Convention Center. IKIN executives will participate in several sessions to describe 5G and IoT opportunities enabled through holographic technology. The company is also hosting ISVs and application developers at IKIN University June 22,which will provide a closer look at its RYZ design tools that facilitate the creation and integration of volumetric 3D and holographic content in new and existing solutions. IKIN will demonstrate its RYZ solutions in booth 152 throughout the ITEXPO exposition.
“We are eager to showcase our RYZ holographic solutions while also empowering developers to reimagine enterprise applications through our intuitive design tools,” said Joe Ward, IKIN Chief Executive Officer. “Holograms unquestionably increase emotional engagement with users. RYZ technology facilitates deeper and richer interactions without relying on cumbersome and isolating goggles or headgear. It will be exciting to see how developers at IKIN University and conference attendees respond to this experience and conceive new services utilizing this technology.”
Ward will be speaking in the session, “Monetizing 5G: New Solutions That Would Add Value and Revenue in Next Generation Networks,” scheduled for Thursday, June 23 at 1 p.m. Drawing on examples from current projects, Ward will highlight the compelling benefits ambient-light holographic technology brings to 5G-enabled applications.
IKIN founder and Chief Technology Officer Taylor Scott will deliver his presentation, “Transform Your IoT Deployments with Holograms,” at the co-located IoT Evolution Conference. The session will take place Thursday, June 24 at 5 p.m. He will describe how holographic capabilities can extend value and efficiency in IoT settings.
IKIN University is a free workshop for developers and ISVs taking place June 22 from 4-7 p.m. Participants will see IKIN design tools in action, get an up-close look at methods for incorporating volumetric content, and learn about drag-and-drop libraries available on the Unity Technologies development platform. The workshop will expose developers to the requisite skills and tools needed to add holographic content into B2B and consumer applications through live demonstrations of building volumetric content for use in existing and emerging apps and applications, transforming 2D objects into 3D volumetric holograms with facial tracking ability and step-by-step examples from concept to finished product.
